Job Description

Park Guest Services Lead Utah Olympic Park | Park City, UT | Full-Time At the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT, no two days look the same, and that's the point. As our Park Guest Services Lead, you'll be the first face athletes, coaches, and visitors see, leading tours through a facility that helped launch Olympic careers, and keeping guest services running like clockwork. Schedule, Pay & Benefits Schedule :
Sunday-Wednesday, 40 hours/week. The Park runs year-round with special events and holiday traffic, so some flexibility beyond the standard schedule may come up.
Pay :
$21-$26,

You might help someone see snow for the first time or watch an athlete register for their next competition, and your leadership shapes every visitor's first impression of the Park.
Job Requirements Must-Haves:
Customer service experience Cash handling experience Minimum age 21 Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Utah's mountain weather, and staying active throughout the day
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience leading or coordinating a small team's daily duties Retail, inventory, or nightly deposit experience Background or education in hospitality Comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office Day in the Life Your day starts at the
Guest Services Desk:
opening procedures, the facility schedule, any policy or event updates. Then things move fast. Lead a tour for a family seeing the Park for the first time, process a sport program registration, troubleshoot the POS during a rush, or step in as Manager on Duty. You'll handle cash drawers and deposits, restock retail, answer questions on upcoming events, and jump in wherever the team needs you: parking, ticket sales, the museum. Pay:
