Whether you're greeting locals or first-time visitors, you'll be the smiling face that sets the tone for a great experience.

Silver Gulch isn't just Alaska's most northern brewery—we're a family-owned, community-rooted brewpub that's been serving Fairbanks and beyond since 1998. Located just 10 miles north of town along the scenic Steese Highway, we offer a dozen house-made beers, hearty meals, and a spacious beer garden that's a local favorite.
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with warmth, hospitality, and a helpful attitude Support smooth front-of-house service from arrival to checkout Run food, assist with to-go orders, and help ensure orders are accurate Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers Help with large parties, special requests, and guest needs during busy shifts Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized Jump in where needed to support the team and create a great guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Outgoing, positive attitude Strong multitasking and communication skills Cool under pressure and organized during rushes Customer service or host experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person! Own transportation to Fox, just 11 miles north of
