Job Description

- Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Provide attentive service throughout the guest's visit.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized section and complete opening and closing side work.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications
- Restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
