Job Description

Iron Hog Smokehouse is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Hosts/Hostesses and Servers to join our opening team! As we prepare to bring authentic BBQ and genuine Southern hospitality to Cabot, we're looking for people who love making guests feel welcome and creating an unforgettable dining experience.

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
Seat guests and manage the wait list (Host/Hostess)
Take food and drink orders accurately (Server)
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
Process guest payments accurately
Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
Work as a team to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly and outgoing
Reliable and punctual
Positive with a strong work ethic
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals!

Pay:

From $12.00 per hour
