Part-Time Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Server to join our team at the golf and country club restaurant. The ideal candidate will have prior serving experience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Servers will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat members and guests in a professional and courteous manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately Assist in setting up and clearing tables, bussing as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Maintain a positive and professional appearance and demeanor

Required Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Must possess a valid Arizona Food Handler's Card Must possess Arizona Alcohol Server Certification Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment Strong communication and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Experience in a country club, resort, or golf course setting Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
