SERVERS Marino's MOB Burgers & Ice Cream | Downtown Prescott We're looking for fun, friendly, dependable servers who bring energy, personality, and great service to every table!

Positions available:

Full Time:

30-40 hours per week. Open availability required.

Part Time:

10-25 hours per week.

Seasonal:

Events & Holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are mostly evening shifts. Both require availability all weekends, downtown square events, and holidays, except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Seasonal servers must be available for scheduled events and holidays. What we're looking for: Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant. Reliable and able to multitask. Some shifts require working as the only server, so you must be comfortable managing the dining room independently. Friendly and attentive, with a desire to make guests feel welcome. Able to stay organized during busy shifts, keep orders accurate, and provide attentive service from greeting to goodbye, including making sure to-go orders are accurate and complete. Takes initiative during slower periods by completing side work, cleaning, restocking, and keeping the restaurant tidy and ready for guests. Completes assigned opening and closing duties thoroughly. Our theme is part of the experience! Servers wear 1920s attire with hair and makeup styled to complement the theme. Outfit guidelines will be provided.

Pay:

$12.15 - $15.15 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
