We are a family business that are looking for servers that have the heart and mindset of serving our customers with the mentality of "making a guest coming back 100 times instead of 100 guests dining only once" Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and premium selections to enhance guest experience and sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed during busy periods Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge to recommend drinks and answer guest questions confidently Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; Previous Korean BBQ experience is a huge plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for processing transactions are essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of korean language and spanish language will be a differential Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation procedures Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and service excellence Being a family restaurant that values "making a guest coming back 100 times instead of 100 guests dining only once" we are looking for people that have exceptional teamwork and communication skills! Pay:

From $17.20 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
