Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, beers, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and beverage service stations Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods Build positive guest relations through excellent customer service and attentive communication Follow all sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable for efficient guest management Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Hospitality or culinary experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
