Position Summary:
Level 1 Host/Curbside Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge, PKG Rewards Level 2 Expo/Runner Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging and serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locating Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones Level 3 Cashier/Server Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Price Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables We offer: $16.90 an hour, plus tips! Requirements 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
