We're looking for hardworking professionals who share our values and appreciate our approach to thoughtful, attentive service. To learn more about Ojai Mountain Farm and what we're building, we suggest checking out this article: https://www.theojaivortex.com/home/omf Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Develop a strong understanding of our organic, seasonal, and wild-caught menu Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, cocktails, bar offerings, and dietary options Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Assist with bussing, resetting tables, dining room setup, and other service needs as needed Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and service team to create a seamless guest experience Respond thoughtfully and professionally to guest questions, requests, or concerns Experience Previous full-service serving experience required Experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive and consistent service Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections Genuine interest in food, ingredients, wine, cocktails, and hospitality Comfortable working collaboratively and stepping in wherever needed We're looking for people who enjoy taking care of guests, know how to read a table, and understand that great service is both polished and genuinely warm.
