Server / Barista — Ramblehorn Café Pine Grove, CA | Starting at $16.90 per hour Overview Ramblehorn Café is hiring a friendly, reliable Server/Barista to join our team. We're a neighborhood breakfast and lunch café looking for someone who enjoys connecting with regulars, welcoming new guests, and keeping service running smoothly. This role includes taking orders, preparing coffee and espresso drinks, running food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café. Sunday availability is required. Shifts primarily cover breakfast and lunch, with possible Monday and Tuesday dinner shifts and occasional evening events. Responsibilities Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and provide attentive service Prepare consistent espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages Operate the POS and handle cash and card payments accurately Run food, clear tables, and assist guests throughout their visit Clean and maintain coffee equipment and service stations Clean general areas, including dining spaces and bathrooms Sweep and mop floors, clean windows and glass, and wipe down surfaces Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, and take waste to designated disposal areas Restock supplies and complete opening, closing, and routine cleaning checklists Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support teammates during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Serving or café experience preferred Barista experience strongly preferred Sunday availability required Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable multitasking during busy service Willing to share cleaning duties and help wherever needed Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodation Pay and Benefits Starting at $16.90 per hour Employee discount Food provided To Apply Submit your résumé or a summary of your relevant experience, along with your weekly availability.
