Duties Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with seating arrangements or takeout orders Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout your shift Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed to keep service flowing smoothly Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is required Must have FULL availability from Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work mornings and daytime hours, including weekends if needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads such as trays or supplies A proactive approach to teamwork and guest satisfaction is essential Join us if you're passionate about creating enjoyable dining experiences!
