• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced food service environment and be able to efficiently transport food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.

• Duties:

• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitized
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards
• Provide exceptional hospitality to all customers, responding promptly to their needs and requests
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and minimize delays
• Perform all duties in a way that promotes a positive and welcoming atmosphere
• Help with bussing tables, clearing plates, and ensuring the dining area is clean and tidy
• Assist with catering and special events, providing professional and attentive service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately
• Ensure that all food and beverages are handled safely and in accordance with our food safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Skills:

• Experience in a food service environment, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy trays and containers
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Knowledge of food service operations and ability to help with food preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and assist with bussing tables and clearing plates
• Familiarity with catering and special events, and ability to provide professional and attentive service
• Understanding of the importance of food safety and commitment to following all health and safety protocols.
