As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describes specials of the day to guests; answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions when appropriate Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly after preparation Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintains an organized workstation and side work duties Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilizes Point of Sale System Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques Practices tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Maintains regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; equipment manuals may be in English) Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages Knowledge of POS system Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
