Position We are looking for an experienced server who can provide polished, professional, and knowledgeable service while working efficiently in a fast-paced upscale dining environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional, and knowledgeable service Guide guests through our menu, specials, and wine selections Learn menu ingredients, preparation, and proper dish descriptions Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and fellow servers Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Follow established service standards and procedures consistently Help create a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest Requirements Previous serving experience required; upscale or fine-dining experience preferred Weekend availability required Strong communication and guest service skills Comfortable learning detailed food and wine knowledge Ability to handle busy service and multiple tables under pressure Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Must be able to work consistently as part of a small restaurant staff Compensation $17.00-$18.00 per hour + tips Tips are pooled based on hours worked Average guest check: approximately $75-$90+ per person Strong earning potential in a small, high-check-average restaurant Schedule Part-time position. Evening and weekend availability is important, with Friday and Saturday evenings required . We are looking for someone who takes hospitality seriously, enjoys learning about food, and is interested in becoming a reliable long-term member of our restaurant.
