Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other restaurant POS platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktail mixing, wine varieties, spirits, and drink presentation techniques Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols in a restaurant or food industry setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus for adapting to diverse service styles Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively atmosphere!
