Dining Server - Independent Living Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Dining Servers to join our Independent Living Dining Services team!

3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with seniors and are passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming, restaurant-style environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders and provide attentive table service. Serve meals accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience. Set up and maintain dining areas before, during, and after meal service. Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate dietary requests in accordance with established guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Previous restaurant or dining service experience preferred. Experience working in senior living or hospitality is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
