Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct for a seamless dining experience Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue by recommending specials or premium options like fine wines or craft cocktails Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods when needed to ensure smooth service flow Build strong guest relations through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and friendly communication to foster loyalty and positive reviews Qualifications Proven experience in food service roles such as server, bartender, or host/hostess within a restaurant or hospitality setting Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Demonstrated ability in sales techniques like upselling beverages, spirits, or menu items to maximize revenue Culinary experience or kitchen support background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service etiquette Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Nightclub experience or fine dining background is advantageous for adapting to diverse service environments Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets a lively atmosphere!
