Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server to join our dynamic fine dining team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their safety and satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by delivering top-notch service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
• Take orders and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
• Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Ensure food safety and follow proper handling and storage procedures
• Clean and reset tables between courses
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on culinary trends and fine dining practices
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
• Collaborate with the bussing team to ensure prompt and efficient clearing of tables
• Maintain a clean and organized server station
• Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of food safety and service protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tables
• Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service
• Proficiency in sales and upselling
• Familiarity with fine dining and culinary techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Food service certification a plus
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
