Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about dishes or specials Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service Process payments accurately through POS systems and provide receipts as needed Maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety throughout all duties Experience Previous food service experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations and customer interaction Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential A friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued
