Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain knowledge of menu offerings including wine pairings, spirits, and food preparation details to answer guest questions confidently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing payments and handling sales transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with guests confidently Join us to deliver exceptional service in a lively atmosphere where your energy makes a difference!
