You'll maintain a clean, organized dining area, follow sanitation and infection-control standards, and collaborate closely with culinary and clinical teams. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests and provide attentive, friendly table service Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into POS system Serve meals and beverages promptly, following dietary and portion guidelines Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards Set up, clean, and reset dining room and service stations Coordinate with culinary and clinical teams on special diets and requests Handle resident concerns and requests with patience and professionalism Process payments or resident charges according to community procedures Required Skills Table service Point-of-sale (POS) operation Food safety and sanitation Order taking and accuracy Customer service Basic cash handling Communication Time management Teamwork in fast-paced setting Knowledge of special diets and restrictions
