Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Previous food service experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest relations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
