Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Pre-bus and bus tables
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and provide correct change to guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Be respectful of guests and co-workers.
• Maintain a positive attitude.

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS register
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and change accurately
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
