Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Pre-bus and bus tables
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and provide correct change to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Be respectful of guests and co-workers.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS register
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and change accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
