In this energetic role, you'll support the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, delivering food swiftly from the kitchen to guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests Safely handle and transport food from the kitchen to dining areas using proper manual handling techniques Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices during food running and service Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and guest needs Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and with proper lifting practices Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food handling procedures Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in lively environments, and want to grow your skills in food service!
