Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Sweep and more the entire restaurant Attend to customers upon entrance Knowledge of the menu Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages Take and serve orders and cocktails Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products Proven sales experience is required. Candidates must be confident in upselling menu items, promoting specials, and delivering excellent guest service while maximizing sales Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment
