Job Description

Bella Roma Grill is seeking reliable, motivated servers to join our team. This position is about more than just taking orders—it's about creating a genuine, welcoming dining experience for every guest.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must obtain an alcohol license (required for all service staff) Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training Professional attitude, strong hospitality skills, and willingness to go above and beyond Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with professionalism and care Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drinks Handle payments accurately and responsibly Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient service
