Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain knowledge of menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and food ingredients to answer guest questions confidently Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation procedures during food handling, serving, bussing, and cleaning duties Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their visit Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales while delivering genuine guest satisfaction Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
