Part-Time Banquet Servers We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and special events to life by delivering attentive, polished service and ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Your Role As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for: Preparing and arranging banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Setting tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other required service itemsProviding professional and attentive food and beverage serviceWelcoming guests and responding courteously to questions and requestsMaintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout eventsAssisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanupCollaborating with the banquet team to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficientlyRepresenting Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional guest service What We're Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate: A friendly, professional, and positive approach to guest serviceReliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detailThe ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and a willingness to assist wherever neededA genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus Hospitality experience is not required.
