Full Job Description SERVER Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to golfers and guests while creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience. Our team takes pride in providing service with Aloha Spirit — treating every guest and coworker with genuine hospitality, kindness, respect, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly Aloha Spirit . Provide attentive, professional, and courteous service to all guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service. Answer guest questions regarding menu items, specials, and beverages. Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked tables and service areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and golf course staff. Monitor guest needs and provide attentive and timely service. Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Help create a positive workplace by treating coworkers with the same Aloha Spirit shown to our guests. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous serving, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude. Strong commitment to providing service with Aloha Spirit. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and remain organized. Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be available to work between 5:45 AM and 6:00 PM , including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Desired Skills:

Excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Genuine Aloha Spirit and a welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Dependable and reliable. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Interest in golf or experience working in a golf course environment is a plus.

Candidates must be willing to work varying shifts within these hours, including weekends and holidays. Pay:

$16.00 per hour
