Responsibilities Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support during busy periods. Handle food safety and handling procedures with care, maintaining cleanliness in all areas of service. Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and manual handling tasks when needed. Maintain safe lifting practices when moving heavy trays or supplies to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, and food running.
