As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, such as OpenTable. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to food handling standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery. Process cash handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting, such as a nightclub or busy restaurant. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
