As a Server, you will be key to creating memorable dining experiences by providing warm hospitality, fast and accurate service, and delicious meals that brighten our guests' days. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile as soon as they enter the restaurant. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Tray POS system, and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen team. Be able to learn the IHOP menu, including seasonal specials, and assist guests with selections and dietary needs. Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in frequently to ensure guests have everything they need. Ensure orders meet IHOP's high quality and presentation standards before serving. Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to keep service flowing smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area. Help with closing/opening duties, including cleaning tables, resetting the dining room, and restocking supplies for the next shift. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person! Strong communication and guest service skills — a positive, can-do attitude is a must. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
