Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring proper presentation and quality Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and processing payments confidently Experience in food industry environments such as restaurants or nightclubs is highly desirable Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and expert beverage knowledge.
