Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Ensure food safety compliance by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
