Job Description

Overview Join us to serve in our upscale, members-only, VIP lounge. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well with others, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and have a willingness to learn. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Must be 21 or older to apply . Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take beverage orders accurately
prepare lounge tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Check on guests throughout their lounge experience to ensure satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Collaborate with the Sales staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Process payments using a cash register or POS system Skills
Experience with POS systems. Training on site.
Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
Sales skills to upsell menu items when appropriate
Familiarity with cash handling procedures
