Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Evening & Weekend Waitstaff to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, Clover. Provide expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and cocktail options to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Process cash and credit card payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage receipts using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure an outstanding guest experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and beer; cocktail experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours during evenings and weekends; night club or nightlife experience is beneficial Strong communication skills coupled with excellent guest relations abilities Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is desirable but not required Join us to be part of a lively team that values energy, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
