Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining proper presentation standards Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Process cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable and other sales transaction tools Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including food ingredients, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes to provide expert recommendations Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of all dishes in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary to uphold cleanliness standards Cultivate positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns with professionalism Support overall restaurant operations by managing time effectively during busy service hours Skills Extensive experience with fine dining service environments and a strong understanding of upscale hospitality standards Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, and other restaurant management tools Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including drink garnishing and presentation Strong food handling skills with adherence to sanitation protocols and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Previous experience in food industry roles such as server, bartender, or host/hostess in a high-end setting is highly desirable Ability to process cash transactions accurately while providing friendly guest interactions Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and personalized service Join us as a Fine Dining Server where your energy, expertise, and dedication will help craft unforgettable dining moments.
