Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Support guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary needs, or beverage options like spirits and wine knowledge Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems Must possess Alcohol Employee Permit or be able to acquire one Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Strong communication skills for guest interaction and teamwork within the restaurant staff Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make every guest's experience memorable!
