Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator that ensures our guests have an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, take and serve orders accurately, process transactions seamlessly, and support the overall flow of the Ice cream shop. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will contribute to creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing food and beverage service or handling cash and POS systems, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be key to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and Ice Cream promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and tips using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Uphold food handling protocols and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience in cashiering or cash handling with basic math proficiency for processing payments confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
