Pay rate : $2.5/hr+ tip Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service in a fine dining environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Process payments using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems. Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Skills Proficient in food handling and safety practices. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Experience in fine dining settings preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
