Job Description
A Hostess/server at DoubleTree by Hilton is the primary point of contact for guests entering the hotel's dining facilities. This role focuses on delivering a warm welcome and managing the flow of the restaurant to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Responsibilities Guest Interaction :
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort them to their tables while presenting menus.Seating Management :
Organize the seating chart and balance customer flow across service stations to support servers.Operational Support :
Answer phones, take to-go or room service orders, and use POS systems (like Micros or Aloha) to process payments.Service Coordination :
Communicate with servers and buspersons to relay guest needs and ensure tables are properly set and clean.Pay:
