Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring precise transaction processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including culinary details, wine pairings, and cocktail ingredients to provide expert recommendations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving processes Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with guest requests to foster a welcoming environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates positive guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales processing Experience in food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
