This role involves greeting customers, explaining menu items, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house team members. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service. Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and menu options. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and verify order accuracy. Check on guests during their meals and respond to service requests. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other servers to maintain efficient service. Process guest bills and payments accurately when required. Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized. Reset tables and replenish napkins, utensils, and other service supplies. Address routine guest concerns professionally and notify a supervisor when needed. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant service procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and other daily restaurant duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, server, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful. Friendly and professional approach to guest service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Good attention to order accuracy and customer needs. Able to remain organized while managing multiple tables and requests. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Willingness to learn menu items and restaurant procedures. Ability to work cooperatively with kitchen and service team members.
