Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and beverage service during busy periods to support team efficiency Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential Previous roles involving cash handling, serving, bussing tables, or cashiering will be advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences! Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
