Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, processing transactions efficiently Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine and spirits knowledge, to upsell items and enhance the guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation standards Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper processing of sales and tips Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings will be considered an asset Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle diverse guest needs Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
