Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Upsell menu items such as premium drinks or specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy hours. Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
