Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Handle cash transactions, process sales accurately, and manage credit card payments with POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining tables, bar stations, and food prep zones Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail creation, and beverage service techniques Proven ability in food service roles within fine dining or nightclub environments with a focus on guest relations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in hospitality settings including serving, bartending, bussing tables, hosting/hostess duties or cashiering Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where every guest feels valued!
