Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers

Skills:

• Experience working in the food industry preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
